I am extremely passionate about how effective therapy can be for so many of the issues we face in everyday life. My specialty is in couples counseling, marriage counseling, sex therapy, fertility counseling, and individual therapy. My belief is that most people have created patterns in their lives that are no longer serving them in a positive way, and with my education, training, and experience I intend to help those people build more effective solutions to their problems. No matter what age, cultural background, religion, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexuality, etc. that we affiliate with, we all encounter difficult times where we could use someone to talk to and the resources to lift ourselves back up.
I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Houston Baptist University and am currently pursuing my certification in sex therapy. I use evidence-based approaches to help my clients work through all kinds of relationship issues. Whether it’s communication, trust, or intimacy, I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their feelings and create positive changes. I believe that understanding yourself and your relationships is the key to success.

Tired of feeling stuck within your relationship, where you are constantly fighting over the same thing? Or maybe you avoid having uncomfortable conversations because of the fight that they most certainly will lead to. Now you purposely sidestep each other, or suppress your emotions, to try and keep the “peace” within the relationship; which only leaves you both feeling frustrated, unheard, and misunderstood. You’ve been trying to make the relationship work on your own for so long and now you are ready to do something different. You do not have to do this alone because I am here to help! Together we will stop performing for external validation, create environments for empathy and understanding, and build a love that feels safe and strong.
I am a couples and relationship therapist who specializes in working with couples and individuals who want to move past the blame and shame of their actions, to being able to prioritize understanding what is going on within themselves, and with their partner, before trying to “solve the problem”. By establishing trust within the relationship, each partner is no longer concerned if their needs will be met and satisfied.
So how do I do this? I leverage my over 16 years of experience providing premarital counseling, my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my client-centered therapeutic approach, to provide the best techniques and interventions for your situation. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are willing to rewrite the stories that are no longer leading them to have fulfilling relationships and deeper connections.
Relationship growth doesn’t happen instantly, it is a process, and I am here to support you every step of the way!
